First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption caused by the technical issues encountered during the recent Superpower event.
During the event, intermittent issues were identified where certain players experienced game freezes or were unable to log in on specific environments, primarily mobile devices.
Our team has identified the cause behind this issue, and we are currently conducting tests to ensure it is resolved before the next event.
As a gesture of our apologies, compensation will be distributed to all players across the servers that participated in this event.
Additionally, we are thoroughly reviewing the impact and error logs for each individual server, and additional compensation will be granted accordingly based on these findings.
Specific compensation details and distribution schedules will be shared in a follow-up announcement as soon as they are finalized.
